課程目標

本課程在以當代契約理論的觀點探討經濟組織存在的邏輯與選擇機制，尤其著重於「長期契約結構」的動態過程分析，兼論及「不完全契約理論」正式模型的建構。目的除了引導熟悉傳統市場理論的初學者認識「非標準市場組織」外，亦期能讓修課同學習於現代機制設計理論之模型特色與深入分析方式。
