課程目標

契約理論探討經濟交易安排的邏輯與誘因機制,重點在於探討不對稱訊息下的交易問題,研究交易者如何在各種訊息不對稱條件下設計一套提高經濟效率的契約。本課程內容以介紹契約理論的正式模型為主,從有效執行契約的觀點出發,探討交易契約效率問題;本學期著重於研究「逆選擇(adverse selection)」問題，包括「靜、動態」模型與「多邊」交易的訂約機制分析。
