課程目標

本課程在以「交易成本經濟學」(transaction costs economics) 的觀點探討經濟組織與交易制度存在與變遷的邏輯，目的除了引導熟悉選擇理論的初學者認識非標準市場組織之形成外，更能深入探討制度變遷的動態過程問題。
